The investigation determined that an unauthorized actor had access to certain systems between February 14 and February 26, 2024, with the ability to view or acquire information. FBCS engaged third-party forensics, secured the environment, and implemented additional safeguards. Affected individuals may have had their PII, including SSNs, accessed or exfiltrated. FBCS is offering credit monitoring and identity restoration services.
