State breach-notification coverage

Every US state has a data-breach notification statute, and most states’ Attorneys General publish received notices to a public portal. DisclosureLens ingests 17 of them into the live pipeline — queryable alongside SEC, HHS OCR, and the international DPAs on the same severity tier, vertical taxonomy, and compliance clocks. A portal offline tag marks a state whose AG has paused or withdrawn its public list; the historical archive we already ingested is retained.

These per-state pages exist for statute citation, AG-portal verification, and search discovery — the live feed at /disclosures is where the analytics happen.
