The incident affected 6,574 Delaware residents, exposing names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, and account information. FBCS engaged third-party forensic specialists, notified federal law enforcement, and implemented new safeguards. Affected individuals were offered 12 months of credit monitoring through CyEx.
