Sharon J. Jones M.D.

Sharon J. Jones, M.D. reported a physical security breach on March 20, 2015, where approximately 17 patient charts and IT equipment (desktop, laptops, server) were stolen from its San Pablo, CA office. The breach exposed patient names, addresses, dates of birth, and basic medical information contained in letters. No Social Security numbers or financial data were included. The San Pablo Police Department was notified, and the practice implemented new security measures and planned to relocate.
