Next Level Finance Partners, LLC d/b/a Century Support Services notified the NH Attorney General of an incident where an unauthorized party accessed computer systems on November 7, 2024. The incident was contained immediately. A forensic investigation concluded on May 30, 2025, that personal information of approximately 39 New Hampshire residents was potentially accessed, including names, dates of birth, SSNs, driver's license numbers, medical/health insurance info, passport numbers, financial account info, and digital signatures. No evidence of identity theft or fraud was found. Credit monitoring was offered.
