The incident affected 8 New Hampshire residents, exposing names and partial/full SSNs. Beachbody implemented verification procedures and offered one year of identity protection services.

Beachbody disclosed that an unauthorized individual hacked into the Powder Blue website between March 1 and April 1, 2013. The company became aware of the incident on April 17, 2013. Potentially accessed data included credit card numbers, CVV numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, telephone numbers, and names. No social security numbers were involved. Beachbody engaged forensic experts (Kroll) and legal counsel, and is cooperating with the US Secret Service. One year of credit monitoring was offered to affected individuals.
