On March 10, 2024, CPS identified suspicious activity and discovered unauthorized access to systems containing payroll and HR data for clients' employees. The attacker accessed or acquired personal information including names and other sensitive data. CPS reset passwords, added security layers, notified law enforcement, and offered credit monitoring via Kroll. The incident is contained.
