On December 12, 2016, the Wonderful Center for Health Innovation discovered that a laptop containing patient medical information was stolen between December 9 and December 12, 2016. The laptop was not recovered. The device contained names, addresses, DOBs, SSNs, and medical records. The Center reported the theft to law enforcement and implemented remote-destroy software and additional safeguards. No unauthorized access was confirmed.
