Angelica (9W Halo OpCo L.P.) inadvertently emailed 2017 W-2 forms containing multiple employees' PII (names, addresses, SSNs, earnings) to former employees on April 10-11, 2018. The breach was discovered on April 15 and April 24, 2018. Affected individuals were offered 12 months of identity protection services. No evidence of misuse was found.
