Patient Accounting Service Center (DBA GetixHealth) notified Massachusetts employees of a misdelivery error involving Prudential voluntary life insurance enrollment letters. A formatting error in a January 2026 spreadsheet caused employee names, dates of birth, and insurance premium information to be mailed to the wrong recipients in April 2026. No PHI, SSNs, or financial account data were involved. GetixHealth halted mailings and reinforced quality-control procedures.
