KHJ Brand Activation, a Boston-based commercial entity, reported an external system breach (hacking) occurring between December 16, 2020, and March 2, 2021. The incident compromised the names and Social Security Numbers of 254 individuals, including one Maine resident. Notification was sent on March 30, 2021, offering 24 months of credit monitoring and identity theft recovery services through IDX.
