SMS Assist, L.L.C. notified the NH Attorney General that its third-party vendor, OneSource Virtual (OSV), inadvertently transmitted a file containing personal information (name, address, SSN, and limited health insurance enrollment info) to employees of another OSV customer in August 2021. SMS Assist launched an investigation, confirmed deletion, notified affected individuals on November 3, 2021, and offered 24 months of credit monitoring via Experian.
