Notification was sent Dec 9, 2022.

Navistar, Inc. reported an external system breach (hacking) occurring on May 20, 2021, discovered on August 20, 2021. The incident compromised the names and Social Security Numbers of 63,126 individuals, including 37 Maine residents. Navistar provided written notification on September 21, 2021, and offered two years of complimentary credit monitoring and identity theft protection through Experian.

Quarles & Brady, LLP, a business associate, reported a breach to HHS on April 19, 2016, after a laptop was stolen. The incident affected 1,032 individuals, exposing their names, addresses, and medication information. The unencrypted laptop was stolen from an employee's vehicle on March 16, 2016. In response, the firm encrypted all laptops and retrained its staff on HIPAA compliance.
