On July 16, 2025, Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America reported that a malicious threat actor gained access to a cloud-based system, obtaining personal information including names, addresses, dates of birth, and Social Security numbers of customers, financial professionals, and select employees. The company contained the issue and is offering two years of identity monitoring.
