On or about February 7, 2024, the company became aware that monthly invoices containing names, dates of birth, member IDs, eligibility dates, plan types, and premium amounts were mistakenly emailed to employer group customers. Although the invoices were encrypted, the passwords were sent in separate emails. The company investigated, confirmed destruction of the invoices, and implemented internal remediation steps. No evidence of misuse was found.
