The company detected suspicious activity in its email environment on October 16, 2024, leading to the discovery that one employee's mailbox was accessed without authorization between October 1 and October 16, 2024. The incident involved the potential exposure of client personal information (name, etc.). One New Hampshire resident was notified. Testa Associates engaged forensic reviewers, secured its environment, and offered credit monitoring services.
