An unauthorized third party attempted to infiltrate PVHC's systems, potentially exposing patient names, addresses, phone numbers, and dental billing/treatment history. Only two New Hampshire residents were affected. Notifications were mailed on February 18, 2021, offering credit monitoring. PVHC engaged forensic specialists and enhanced security policies. No evidence of misuse was found.
