OrthoMinds, LLC, an orthodontic software services provider, notified affected individuals of a data security incident in which files and folders stored on certain databases may have been accessible to unauthorized outside parties between November 17 and November 27, 2024. The incident potentially exposed personal information including names and other data elements. OrthoMinds remediated the access, conducted an investigation, notified its dental practice clients, and offered complimentary IDX credit monitoring to affected individuals.
