JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. reported a data breach involving its counsel, Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP. An unauthorized third party accessed a shared network drive at Fried Frank, copying files containing New Hampshire residents' names, SSNs, passport numbers, and account numbers. The incident was discovered on October 27, 2025. JPMorgan notified 2 New Hampshire residents on January 9, 2026, offering two years of credit monitoring. JPMorgan's systems were not compromised.
