Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP reported a cybersecurity incident to the New Hampshire Attorney General. An unauthorized third party compromised a single user account between October 23 and 28, 2025, to copy files from a shared network drive. The breach affected approximately 143 New Hampshire residents, exposing names, SSNs, DOBs, driver's licenses, passports, and financial account information. Fried Frank contained the incident, engaged forensic experts, notified law enforcement, and is offering two years of credit monitoring via Equifax. Notification to individuals began January 30, 2026.
