Sunview Vineyards of California, Inc.

Sunview Vineyards of California, Inc. reported the theft of a company laptop from a facility in Delano, CA, on December 15, 2012. The unencrypted laptop contained an Excel spreadsheet with workers' compensation data, including names, SSNs, injury details, and phone numbers of employees. The theft was reported to the Kern County Sheriff's Office. No indication of misuse was reported at the time of notification.
