The Institute for Doctoral Studies in the Visual Arts (IDSVA) reported a loss or theft of a device or media (computer, laptop, external hard drive, thumb drive, CD, tape, etc.) occurring on or around January 1, 2013, and discovered on January 1, 2014. Approximately 300 individuals were affected total, including 3 Maine residents. Affected individuals were notified by telephone. No identity theft protection services were offered.
