The incident, discovered on May 16, 2024, involved the unauthorized viewing of state IDs, driver's licenses, and health plan coverage information. Social security numbers were not accessed. The organization conducted an internal review, engaged the California Department of Insurance, and offered 12 months of identity protection services to affected individuals.
