OCS America, Inc. discovered a malicious phishing attack on one of its computers on March 4, 2013. The incident potentially exposed employee information including name, address, telephone number, date of birth, job title, salary, and Social Security numbers. The company took the affected computer offline, investigated to ensure no other systems were compromised, and reset passwords. Affected individuals were offered 12 months of credit monitoring through Experian.
