Ransomware was detected in the network environment, compromising PHI including names, addresses, dates of birth, drivers' license and Social Security numbers, diagnoses, lab results, financial information, and medications. Breached information located on Network Server. In response, the CE reset all passwords and implemented improved technical safeguards.
