Preservation of Affordable Housing, Inc. ("POAH") reported a data breach to the Maine Attorney General, stating that an external system breach (hacking) occurred between March 29, 2021, and April 9, 2021. The breach was discovered on August 18, 2021. The compromised information includes names and Social Security numbers. One Maine resident was affected out of a total of 312 individuals. POAH began notifying affected consumers in writing on November 5, 2021, and offered credit monitoring and identity protection services through Equifax.
