Treloar and Heisel

Treloar & Heisel, Inc. reported the theft of an employee's laptop in May 2019. The laptop was used to access cloud-based storage and email. While no unauthorized access was confirmed, the company determined that personal information, including data on minors, may have been accessible locally on the device. The company changed passwords and enhanced security policies. Affected individuals were offered two years of identity monitoring.
