BPM LLP, following its acquisition of Gumbiner Savett Inc., discovered unauthorized access to Gumbiner's legacy network between November 2020 and September 2021. The breach exposed personal information including names, addresses, SSNs, and tax IDs of clients. BPM retained outside security experts, contained the breach, and offered 12 months of Experian IdentityWorks to affected individuals.
