Ascensus, LLC, recordkeeper for the Red Hawk Casino 401(k) Plan, inadvertently sent a payroll report containing personal information to another Ascensus client on January 31, 2018. The report included names, addresses, birth dates, hire dates, and Social Security numbers. The recipient deleted the data immediately. Ascensus offered 12 months of identity protection via Experian.
