NEVRO CORP.

Nevro Corporation reported the theft of several laptops from its corporate headquarters on November 11, 2017. The stolen devices contained limited patient information, including names, addresses, birth dates, procedure dates, and medical device identifiers. No Social Security numbers or financial data were involved. The laptops were password-protected but not all were encrypted. Nevro is working with law enforcement to recover the devices.
