Between February 1-3, 2022, an unauthorized individual gained access to vendor systems, resulting in network/server encryption (ransomware). Personal information, including names and government IDs, was impacted. Hallmark engaged forensic experts and law enforcement, took systems offline, and offered credit monitoring/identity protection services.
