New Hampshire Attorney General's Consumer Protection Bureau received a notice from Mullen Coughlin LLC, representing Edfinancial Services LLC and Oklahoma Student Loan Authority. An unauthorized party accessed student loan account registration information via a vulnerability in Nelnet Servicing's portal between June 2022 and July 21, 2022. Approximately 16,683 New Hampshire residents were affected. The investigation is ongoing.
