GHMA first learned of the suspicious activity on or about November 1, 2024, and confirmed access on June 25, 2025. Affected data included names, SSNs, and driver's license numbers. GHMA engaged forensic specialists, notified law enforcement, and provided 12 months of credit monitoring.
