Marist College notified consumers of a data incident detected on December 11, 2023, involving unauthorized access to a limited number of email accounts via a phishing campaign. The incident occurred between December 9 and 11, 2023. Personal information of affected individuals was potentially accessed. Marist College engaged security professionals, changed passwords, and implemented additional safeguards. No evidence of identity theft or fraud was found at the time of notification.
