First Advantage Enterprise Screening Corporation notified the Maryland Attorney General on January 16, 2025, of a cybersecurity incident affecting 16 Maryland residents. Unauthorized access occurred on or about November 12, 2024, via valid credentials to Profile Advantage accounts. Affected data included names, SSNs, driver's license numbers, emails, and passwords. First Advantage discovered the activity on December 10, 2024, reset credentials, mandated MFA, and offered 24 months of credit monitoring.
