Siskiyou Joint Community College District

Siskiyou Joint Community College District notified the California AG of a data breach involving employee and employer information. On Dec 13, 2017, vendor First Capitol Consulting inadvertently disclosed sensitive data (SSNs, addresses, payroll info) to another client, Ramapo Communication Corporation. The recipient employee removed and destroyed the data. The incident was accidental, not criminal. No malware or hacking involved.
