Between November 2007 and February 2008, an unauthorized third party accessed a server storing consumer names, addresses, birthdates, and Social Security numbers. No credit card data was compromised. The company engaged forensic experts, enhanced security measures, and provided one year of free credit monitoring to affected individuals.
