Solis Mammography

Ben-Ora, Hansen & Vanesian Imaging, Ltd d/b/a Solis Mammography reported that a desktop computer containing protected health information was stolen from its office. The breach affected approximately 500 individuals and included names, dates of birth, addresses, and clinical information. In response, the entity implemented enhanced physical safeguards, revised its policies and procedures, and retrained all employees.
