On August 25, 2025, Wytec International, Inc. became aware of a cybersecurity incident in which a bad actor defaced its website at wytecintl.com. After restoring from backups, the site was defaced again. The Company took the site down, placed a temporary page, is working with forensic specialists, and reported the matter to the FBI. The Company cancelled a September 2, 2025 seminar; financial losses are expected to be significant but are not yet quantified.
