Hayward Sisters Hospital d/b/a St. Rose Hospital disclosed that an unknown actor gained access to computer systems on November 18, 2022, and acquired files containing personal information including names, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, email addresses, and home addresses. The hospital discovered suspicious activity on November 29, 2022. This supplemental notice updates a preliminary notice sent in December 2022. The hospital engaged forensic specialists, secured systems, and is offering 12 months of credit monitoring.
