On or about May 13, 2026, an unauthorized actor exploited a vulnerability in the provider's platform, potentially accessing customer data including names, DOB, email, phone, address, and SSN. Passwords and payment data were not compromised. The provider patched the vulnerability and blocked the actor. Jackpocket is offering 24 months of credit monitoring via Experian.
