The incident occurred on or about January 20-21, 2014, and was discovered on January 24, 2014. Affected data may include Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, dates of birth, home addresses, medical information, and criminal activity/drug test results. Access was disabled on the day of discovery, and a review confirmed the data was exposed. No misuse of the information is known.
