Unauthorized access occurred between Feb 7 and May 20, 2020, where backup files containing names and Social Security numbers were exfiltrated. The attacker attempted a ransomware attack. Blackbaud paid a ransom and destroyed the files. Seven Hills School notified affected individuals and provided two years of complimentary identity monitoring services.
