On April 1, 2025, the Blackstone Police Department (Blackstone, MA) inadvertently posted an unredacted police activity log to its public website instead of the redacted version. The error was discovered on April 3, 2025. Personal information including names, addresses, and social security numbers of 399 individuals (1 Maine resident) may have been exposed. The log was removed upon discovery. Affected Maine residents were offered 12 months of credit monitoring via Epiq.
