Between August and November 2011, unauthorized person(s) accessed the San Francisco Head Start/Early Head Start database. The compromised records included names, addresses, contact information, birth dates, Social Security numbers, health data, and other personal information. Notification was delayed due to an ongoing law enforcement investigation. Affected individuals were offered two years of complimentary identity protection through AllClear ID.
