Bakersfield City School District inadvertently posted a Board Agenda Packet containing a report with certificated employees' names and Social Security numbers online for approximately 3 hours and 21 minutes on November 9, 2017. The error was identified and the file removed the same day. The District notified approximately 1,250 affected employees and provided one year of complimentary credit monitoring.
