Amerigroup Community Care of New Mexico, Inc. reported to HHS OCR on 2011-11-13 a Theft (insider data theft) affecting 1,537 individuals. A workforce member without job-specific authorization accessed the company data system, compiled, and downloaded a list of member names, dates of birth, and Social Security numbers (PHI of ~1,526 individuals).
