Schwan's Home Service, Inc reported a data breach to the Oregon Attorney General. The breach was reported on 2016-08-31. The breach occurred during 10/9/2015. The breach was discovered on 8/1/2016. Notice was sent on 8/4/2016.

Schwan's Home Service notified customers of a potential data compromise involving CARDSource, the third-party manufacturer of Schwan'sPay cards. The incident, dated October 9, 2015, potentially exposed customer names, mailing addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, and Schwan'sPay card numbers. Schwan's deactivated affected cards and issued new virtual card numbers. No evidence of misuse was found.

Anderson, Tackman & Company PLC notified clients in Montana that an unauthorized third party accessed their server on or before July 6, 2016. Compromised data included names, addresses, SSNs, and potentially bank account/routing numbers from tax returns. The firm engaged forensic investigators and offered 12 months of credit monitoring.

Schwan's Home Service, Inc. notified the NH Attorney General that CARDSource, a third-party payment card vendor, may have exposed records of 78 NH customers between October 9, 2015, and August 1, 2016. Affected data included names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, and Schwan'sPay card numbers. All affected cards were disabled; no fraudulent activity was detected.
