Between October 31 and November 17, 2025, an unauthorized party accessed patient files via the Doctor Alliance web portal using stolen credentials and automated scripts. Exposed data included names, dates of birth, addresses, and patient IDs. AgeSpan is notifying affected individuals out of caution.
