Employee Screening Services of Missouri d/b/a Torno Drug Testing notified the NH Attorney General that an unauthorized actor gained remote access to its customer database on April 23 and May 9, 2019. The actor claimed to have downloaded information. Torno discovered the incident on April 23, 2019. Approximately one New Hampshire resident was affected, with name and Social Security number potentially exposed. Torno engaged forensic experts, changed passwords, restored data from backups, migrated to a new system, and offered credit monitoring.
